I.

The most admirable Justin rightly declared that the aforesaid demons1    [See, on the Resurrection, cap. vi.; and compare, — “And of those demons that are found In fire, air, flood, or under ground,” etc.    Milton, Pens., line 93.] resembled robbers.—Tatian’s Address to the Greeks, chap. xviii.
